Tommie, it's the first I've ever heard of charges being dropped against a defendant that plead guilty and got a sweet deal. A guilty plea in the United States has certain Due Process prerequisites. The KGB, Stasi and obtained guilty pleas from innocent people every day, and the CCP does it to this day. We supposedly have a more civilized, liberal, and constitutionally-derived Rule of Law, except when we don't, and unless and until we do.
Lou Dobbs had some interesting guests' thoughts tonight, discussing this and Adam Schiff's involvement in light of his comments about the dismissal of Flynn's case today.
Sidney Powell Esq., Flynn's attorney:
Powell: "We are both obviously relieved and gratified that we have an Attorney General and other attorneys in the Department of Justice now with enough integrity to bring the truth to light, and agents who were willing to help dig for it until they found it, and then exposed it so the public can see it.
The Government made a significant filing today. I haven't had a chance to read all of it yet. There are a number of additional exhibits attached to it.
Mr. Schiff [Adam Schiff, (D-CA), Chairman, House Intel Committee)] wouldn't know the truth if it poked him in one of his bug eyes, because General Flynn's plea was neither knowing nor voluntary, and both of those things are required for a guilty plea in the United States of America.
This is the restoration of the Rule of Law, and a huge step in the right direction toward getting rid of the people who have deliberately sought to subvert a lawful election and the will of the American people writ large, and this President's presidency."
Dobbs: "...you are among those who produced, as a result of your efforts, produced documents that led to Adam Schiff being absolutely revealed for what he was clearly but not necessarily 'evidentually' proved as an evil and absolutely ignorant partisan force within the Democratic Party.
...To me it is beyond imagination that he is still running off at the mouth talking as he did today, in reaction after being held up and being demonstrated to be a liar for the past two years. It's just amazing.
Powell: "... He [Schiff] is obviously an extremely disturbed and deceitful person. We sought the truth from the very beginning of my appearance in General Flynn's case. That is what we are getting. I'm sure there is more to be revealed, but we have made a huge step in the right direction, thanks to the real lawyers and agents in the Department of Justice who seek truth and not convictions."

K.T. McParland said she thinks Schiff, Deep State, and Obama DoJ were working hand in glove. And, with the partisan press that leans toward Obama were all passing things back and forth among themselves, and she knows from her own experience that things she said to the Mueller investigation were finding their way to committees on Capitol Hill, were finding their way into the New York Times, always edited, twisted, spun, not as she had said it, but with their own spin and their own interpretations; she thinks all three were working together, and doing the bidding, frankly, of Russian disinformation. She said this was Russian disinformation, and the DoJ knew it from the first day.
And when, in Trump Tower on Jan. 6, 2017, Comey tried to shake Trump down, from that point on, the Intel Community knew that the Steele dossier was a fake, and yet they went through everything including the Mueller investigation, in what they knew was a scam and a sham.

Update: Lou Dobbs announcing that Schiff and his House Intel Committee, under pressure, tonight has released the 57 interview transcripts of the House Intel Committee Russia investigation, under pressure from DNI Richard Grinnell; and that NOT ONE of the people interviewed provided any evidence whatsoever of Russian collusion with anyone they talked to in that investigation. NO ONE.
