There was no factual predicate for the interview with Flynn, at all. It was a ruse, a set-up from the start. That is an established FACT. There was no evidence of any collusion with Russia, from the start. Period.
The agents who interviewed Flynn said in their contemporaneous notes and report done at the time he wasn't lying. It was only later that their conclusion was changed.
Whether he lied to Pence, and the circumstances, need further elaboration, and I'm confident that it will be forthcoming soon.
The FBI "case" was never tried. Flynn was threatened and some say extorted or blackmailed with potential charges against his son if he didn't plead guilty. He had to sell his house to pay legal fees, incurring $6 MILLION in legal fees owed to his attorneys, a DC Biglaw firm that boasts Eric Holder among its partners. A "secret" unwritten deal not to prosecute his son was part of the agreement his lawyers negotiated. Meanwhile, the DoJ failed to produce mandatory exculpatory Brady materials, among other things. That's a Constitutional No-No.
The legal and Constitutional requirements for a guilty plea were ignored, but no matter, right? But it didn't go to trial, and sentencing hadn't taken place. Thee plea was still subject to being withdrawn. Due Process does matter.
The Judge's comments about treason likely were for dramatic effect, little more. Seen it before. Moreover, it was based on misinformation, because the DoJ withheld it.
Barr is among the most highly respected legal minds in the country. He doesn't need the job, or the grief. But he is a bulldog who came out of retirement, intent on doing the right thing for the country. Same with Durham, it appears.
Same, too, for Sidney Powell, a highly respected former DoJ official who represents Flynn and knows all too well how the Swamp works.
Flynn didn't do anything worse than get an attorney who represented his interests, and without any conflicts of interest.
What's bullshit? What facts and experience support your claim that "there's nothing abnormal about any of it, it's just investigators hashing out the best way to reach the conclusion they were seeking, to put a guilty man in jail"? Sorry, the Constitution applies to them, too.
What's the basis for your claim that, "This kind of info has never been revealed."? It is.
Have you never heard of "prosecutorial misconduct"? All one needs to do is Google it. Or, check here, for a start: johntfloyd.com Or, maybe read about Mike Nifong and the Duke lacrosse case?
The fabricated story has fallen apart. The narrative is fake. The setup is real. It really never made any sense from the beginning.
Rick Grinnell was seen hand carrying a satchel of documents today to A.G. Barr.
The hoax is exposed. Done. Kaput.
More details to come, I'm sure. |
