Here is a typical business: Nationwide sent me a letter telling me that they understand that I am not driving nearly as much so I deserve a $50 rebate which would be sent to the account that I normally pay my premiums from. They didn't send me a letter telling me that they would be increasing my premium by an extra $4.50 per month. Thereby of course more than taking that $50 back. And that increase was on top of a $6.xx/month increase 3 months before then.
