The man is totally guided by the law. And he doesn't mind taking on political interests like an out-of-control Congress. And if necessary, the President -- although Trump has enough confidence in Barr he'll do what Barr tells him.

It isn't Eric Holder, who is lawless, or his successor, who wilted under minimal pressure from Big Daddy Clinton. Barr would have run his ass out on a rail.

Someone suggested on TV today that Barr ought to be given the Profiles in Courage award, and I agree with that. No recent AG has come close.
