Large insider holding may not be a problem for those who offer a floorless convertible (as Roger said, only cancer patients take chemo), finding that uptick on a limit price can take some time. I tried to short this sucker yesterday, but did not get it, today I got 'em real fast. BTW, 6.6M float for SOF is not bad, ESMC and HCOM had less than 3M and CFON has about 5M. Of course, other dangers and risks are same as with any other short.
