... if Cymer would have seen an impact from the Korea meltdown, they would have said something by now ... I recall Angus saying in Sept., that if there were any order pushouts Cymer would be compelled to make it known immediately by way of announcement. So I'm not expecting any order pushouts. New orders, however, may be a different story. Tulvio
