Indeed. The problem occurs when the two are cahoots wrt interpreting as acceptable that which is unacceptable. With these two the synergy is palpable.


You seem to suggest that respecting the executive authority of the president is somehow contrary to the role of the AG. That, of course, is false.

Of course that is false.

It's not the role of the AG with which I have issue, nor that of the president. My problem is with the incumbents. They are outside their lanes and flying off hand in hand.


It is a moot point without some evidence of a time where the Executive caused the AG to behave inappropriately.

I find it obvious that this AG is enabling the authoritarian impulses of this president. Following a traditional first choice, Trump ended up with a soulmate.
