That was the USSE/SSTP scam. It was similar to the PTOI scam. The founder of SSTP built a "reactor" to turn soybeans, and sometimes plastic, tires and other waste, into diesel or fuel. He was always announcing new deals and partnerships. Like all the other scams, the deals never came to fruition and just silently disappeared. Many investors simply never caught on to the scam.

SSTP's founder promised a poster named Zardiw 10,000 shares for his 'work' as IHub moderator, apparently for keeping the pressure on skeptics while praising SSTP. Later SSTP filed with the SEC a contract with the moving man who was an avid message board poster, paying him 7.5M shares of restricted stock for his promotion/consulting services. The moving man's talent was to harass skeptics and he even cyberstalked me for a while.

Sometimes the victims of these scams are just as bad as the scammers themselves.
