"1. How long did it take to go from 20 cents to 2 dollars? Mork had ample time to cover." Al, Why cover if you think the company is going under. Lots of short squeeze hypes on the internet some work some don't. "2. Ovis made misleading and false statements? That is an opinion, not shared by some people. However, lets say it's true. How about the false and misleading statements that Mork made? Do the people who lost money when they sold, get to sue Mork?" Ovis is/was bond by the SEC about making accurate releases. Mork acting as an individual is, but not nearly as much especially if he uses good attorneys. There is one case pending from NH where some SI hypesters are getting sued by the company (Presstek I believe) but not individual investors. JeffG
