Joe, I took Kristin's response as a polite way of blowing me off. On PAIR's web page they say "PairGain Technologies, Inc. is a world leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of advanced communications systems. Founded in 1988, PairGain responded quickly to a new Bellcore standard for achieving high-speed, digital transmission over copper wire. The company today is the market leader of High-bit-rate Digital Subscriber Line (HDSL) products and systems." They sure don't act like a world and market leader. Purebull
