I was think of a very few who think themselves great thinkers on full spectrum of subjects AND proclaim such AND act as if they are, AND chant how correct they had been, AND even in view of massive contrary evidence, refuse to change mind, on almost full spectrum of subjects. They are hilarious, and provide entertainment. We all know such people, and we are all fortunate.
Financially speaking, as SI is mostly about finance even as folks discuss all sorts of subjects, the folks who think they have the map, shall most likely get the rest of us killed financially. But they provide the rest of us good contra indications, reliably.
I advertise my gambits for the purpose of soliciting ideas, welcome contrary views, and have certainly turned 180 degrees in the past based on postings. No pride of authorship. I do not know enough about anything to publish articles, but on a few subjects I might know a tad sliver more than a few others, and so share thoughts, and share my in-tray contents.
We are fortunate to have SI. I am very selfish, and thank goodness for SI. |
