Hi Jake! Ira told me a few minutes ago that the Myriad deal was for 2.5M shares of stock, $350K Cash, and assumption of approximately $1.5M in debt. The debt, by the way, is also personally guaranteed by the principals of Myriad. Also, the $1.5M in debt is set up on monthly payments. The 2.5M shares are restricted, some for 12 months, some 18 months, and some 24 months. That's all for now. Best wishes, Brad
