OFW,

At this point I am hearing we should have some news by the first of
the week if not before but things appear to be very positive. This
spread does look nice and this price is not bad either. When news
does come it will be posted here on SI. Anyone who wants to be a
cheerleader should contact me and I will put you to work when the time
comes. Thanks to everyone who has believed in me and Bernard and the
focus of Avalon.
