During the past, now nonexistent, "normal" there were often "market corrections" attributed to "sector rotation".
That rotation would be a reaction to a change in the direction from which "growth" was headed, so a round of selling, toward a progressive round of buying into the sector to which it was headed, so a recovery and new highs.

Currently there's an attempt to engineer a sector rotation. The infrastucture for new script is the intended growth vehicle.
The difference with this particular sector rotation is, it ain't "just business".
It's come down to the point where the only prospect for "the markets" (as they are intended to exist in the "new normal") to remain intact is for the success of the agenda as tptb consolidate control to the level they feel is "necessary" to have the agenda in place for the more geoeffective cyclical events expected.

The level of insanity throughout governments of the entire world is an indicator of how significant this/these event(s) are expected to be. AND an indicator of timing.
