Nice job Brad -- you are the reason I do not even bother calling these guys. In essence they paid $2.6 million for a very large company that should give them at least a million in earnings next year. That is a pretty damn good deal especially with some very long-term resticted stock thrown into the mix. I do not give a rat's a$$ about anyone else's opinion on this one issue -- THIS IS A GREAT DEAL. (One caveat -- this company actually delivers $1 million to earnings -- they say $1.8 -- even better)
