Cohu ia having a hard time absorbing Xcerra. I EXPECTED THE WRITE OFFS TO WIPE OUT LAST YEARS EARNINGS. This last webcast they suspended the dividend - which is saying goodby to me. I have a low cost and have peeled off 26.3 percent so far. I'll sell down to 50% of original position. They had a better than guided revenue with good orders, but guided down Q3 ? which they never give guidance two quarters out. The Ceo is good with the technology but gives a poor show in webcasts. The CFO is very good as well but does not come accross as confident. There proforma for the combination was 800 million and they'r having a hard time hitting 600 ,illion. They've been waiting for 5G to really turn on their business and it has been delayed and now Covid19. The Covid did legitimately kill their Automotive, which has been their strong card over the alsy several years. Shutting down every plant globally does NOT help. They're pickup in business has seemed elusive for 17-18 months. I should've cut them loose a long time ago. It's been a favorite for me since 1978. Been in and out of them completely three times - this will make four. Bob
