ciao888, It would be great to get more use of this forum vs Stockhouse to be able to talk about Ceapro. Stockhouse has turned into a joke. They don't monitor posts for bad behavior anymore, pretty much anything goes. I did see some good stuff come out of the latest Investor Summit that the President participated in. I agree with your post and another on Stockhouse today where it was indicated that the company needs some new board appointments. It is important to remember though that you have to find someone that really wants to be on the board and views the appointment as important to them. You may find that any replacements happen after the fact vs before the fact but really, I have no idea. There are two directors that need to be replaced but you can't replace them for the sake of replacing them. If you do not have someone to fill the shoes for the future, the new board member will not stick around, the last thing you want is a revolving door. I think the President is very well aware of some needed replacements but whomever it is, they MUST be the correct fit.
