Wrestling with malaria really teaches medical systems about the fluidity of certain pathogens.
Malaria is tough to stop, tough to control and quite deadly to children. No vaccine exists.
Trying to make a malaria vaccine is an ongoing efforts spanning decades.
If you have been in that battle for years you are a fighter.
It is a challenge that few organizations could attempt so good luck to Bill and Melinda Gates.

At this point, waiting for it to "disappear" is not a strategy.
It is good to see any consistent message being delivered by a public figure.
When Dr. Fauci speaks, it is followed by <tweet> quack retract.
When the CDC issues re-opening guidelines, <tweet> quack retract.
Donald Doc <tweet> quack cannot retract things that Bill says, this is good.
