Relax, Bill. It was tongue-in-cheek.

Obama has expressed frustration with FOXNews many times. IIRC, Obama tried to bar this one FOXNews reporter from his press conferences, but then the rest of the media pushed back in a rare show of solidarity. (I can't find a link, though, and the top Google results send me to Snopes.)

Comparing what happened under Obama with what happened under Trump, though, is tricky given that the rocky relationship between the president and the media is at a whole new level. Most of that is Trump's fault, given how much he has lambasted the media. Of course, his supporters love it when Trump does that.
