I've never said that only old people should be quarantined. I've consistently said that people with one of the risk factors (65+, heart disease, lung disease, immune-compromised) should be quarantined. Those are where almost all deaths occur.

For people with none of those risk factors, they should not live a fear based life. They are very unlikely to die or suffer any long term consequences from being infected. So punishing everyone when the risky groups are so clearly identifiable makes no logical sense.
