Could anyone please explain to me why cpq bumps up against $30.00 but absolutely will not penetrate through the $30.00/shr. number. I am assuming there is a legitimate and logical answer. Please do not respond with "because of the $60.00/shr. price for dec - $30 cash and $30.00 stock" If you are compelled to give that as your answer please explain in greater detail why the purchase price of DEC must act as a ceiling for cpq's short-term price.
