Perhaps I have gone overboard on the viciousness of the wolf and my terror of her. Let me describe a typical evening around the house and you will see that she is actually very sweee...nice....er...not a certifiable homocial maniac.
5:15 I arrive home. I kick open the door and bellow, "Honey, I'm home. You better have a pillow tied to your butt coz I am fixing to put you on it." I'll throw my coat in the rocking chair by the front door and bellow some more, "Sure is quiet - I guess that you know who is lord and master around here." I'll wander through the kitchen and slam a few things around. "Better stay quiet or I'll be on you like a duck on a June bug".
See? No problem.

When she arrives home at 5:45, I meet her at the door. "Hi,dear. Have a good day?whine,whine. Want some wine? I am making your favorite dinner whine,whine. Don't hurt me whine,whine. If she is in a good mood, she will scratch behind my ears and, maybe, rub my belly before she kicks me out into the garage. If not, she will sweep my legs out from under me and stun me with a kick to the temple. Those nights, I usually curl into a fetal position in the laundry room and hope that she doesn't notice me.
