Other counties in Missouri, Nebraska, Minnesota and Wisconsin saw increases of more than 400%.
A word of caution.
A lot of reporting (including this story) is carrying things too far.
Minnesota, for instance, has gone from 1,000 tests/day a couple
of weeks ago to now around 5,000. So (of course) a spike in the
COVID-19 cases. Then too, in the last month several meat packing
plants causing a spike. I can assure you with 3.4 Million of Minnesota's
6.4 Million population in the Twin Cities Metro, their problem IS NOT
rural. I suspect similar results if examining other parts of this story.
It's getting so you can't believe everything you read on the Internet.
