Based on the formula in the preceding post, the upfront payment amounts for the top five Block A markets are as follows: Los Angeles -- $13.09 million NY -- $8.55 million Chicago -- $7.36 million San Francisco -- $5.78 million Philadelphia -- $5.31 million Again, if a bidder submits an upfront payment of $13.09 million, he can limit his bidding to L.A. in one round OR he can decide to bid for both Chicago and Philadelphia.
