Another difference, that
Sweden is a big village, compared to a lot of place.

But, yes, I do see that avoiding the virus vs running into the mist of virus, of the two approaches, latter simpler, but w/ more death.

But then again, how many chocolate donut fed diabetic / soda pop tanked heart-troubled folks are there in Sweden relative to general population? Etc etc

Whatever the case, one way or another, we shall find out when more revealed.
