True, need to be careful in presentation.
However, Len last year converted options into stock without any sale (I guess for right reason), but this year he SOLD ones that will expire in 2020! I think, FOR A GOOD REASON!
Maybe I am wrong, will not be first time...nor last time!>

Len did say last year he thought stock significantly undervalued and began buyback. Recently he said they stopped buying back.
