Watch for news in the next day or so. A good bet would be tomorrow before the open. Volume is always the indicator for this stock. Define "move". Small (micro) caps rarely "move" they usually inch. But if they do "move" up, they usually inch back down. "Moves" for SCNG are usually up 1/2 a day for several days in a row and is usually sparked by news. Then the volume dries up and it inches back down, as witnessed over the last several years.
