contact amazon. they will issue immediate credit. your a prime customer they will not even ask for shipping it back. most likely if the 3rd party has other complaints they will drop them. i have never had a problem with amazon. well one, late shipment of shoes but these are different times. plus i didn't remember to follow up before leaving fl for home. a friend will bring them back with her. i noticed you call amazon about a problem package and they know i you ever had a complaint or how many complaints, how long you have been a customer and of course how much you purchase from them.ha
