A class action against IOM? Why not just sue ourselves! I think we all ought to do whatever we can to get some answers as soon as we can, but, I see nothing to be gained from taking the Jarndyce/Jarndyce route.

How about getting in touch w/ Emerald or invited parties and trying to get some questions on the agenda of the Ground Hog Day meeting? Anyone here who might actually attend?

I agree completely (absent any plausible explanation by KE) that missing the Q4 number was a stunning surprise and demonstrated reckless disregard of shareholder interests. KE's actions at and since the CC were no less welcome than simply dropping trou and mooning the analysts and shareholders.
