Trey: This looks like a QAM win. US West selected Next Level for their DLC, which is also based on QAM. Paradyne doesn't have an ATM interface, which is one reason why Lucent is going with the Westell DSLAM.... until later.

PS. Pairgain, Diamond or Westell can get the RADSL DSLAM business.
