Insider Buying: 350,000 share block purchase yesterday was a director of AKSEF. info comes from AKSEF. director's name not yet released

this should be positive relative to AKSEF current valuation. what idiot would dump $700K in a dying company? none that i'm aware of. obviously he sees some positive developments ahead.
