Tell me what is "fake" about this FOXNews article. Did Devin Nunes NOT vow to make criminal referrals in regard to Russia probe?

Don't tell me that you think Nunes is full of shit or that the Russia probe was perfectly legal, because the story isn't reporting on the validity of either. The story is merely reporting what Nunes is intending to do.
