Is that the best you can do? Not much of a plan, and it doesn't do anything to protect the guards and the community.
Better than you constantly being a naysayer in order to defend violent criminals being released.

Doesn't matter how often you claim that you don't want that to happen. Gavin Newsom also promised that wouldn't happen, either, yet here we are.
