Just read about shareholder suit against IMPX in EBN (Electronics Business News). Does anyone have any info on who is the firm handling the suit? Apparently suit is based on significant price drop after positive comments about prospects by Company management where followed by negative comments only 3 months later. Claims also indicate that management used price run up after positive comments as an opportunity to sell their own shares.
