The article asks: Did the science change since March? Of course not, what changed is the panic and fear fueled by reckless and irresponsible politician like Phil Murphy. Actually, the science has changed. What has changed is the realization that so many people are carriers of the virus without having symptoms. Those people can give it to others. That is why everyone must wear a mark if they are going to be around other people, especially of course if they will be in a relatively crowded place. We are still learning a lot about this virus. It is not the flu.
