Goodbye. I've had enough. There is no mask "controversy." They may not be 100% effective, but they do provide some element of protection. When you are out in public you should wear a mask, if for no other reason than it is a common courtesy to your fellow citizens, a sign that you may actually give two shits about their health. Stir the pot elsewhere.
