Jake, have to revise my calculations, but this is what we know. Figuring 30M (if that figure is roughly correct) shares at .27/share, the market cap of the company in 8.1M. Thus the line of credit is about 3X (not 4X--I was using Cheryl's Nov 97 figures), the market value of the company.
