That guy lied. Where I lived before as well as where I live now, ups delivers to my door. As does Amazon in the Woodlands. And as does every other carrier. Except USPS. For USPS we must walk or drive to a neighborhood postal box where we have a compartment. AFAIK, that is the same in all neighborhoods in The Woodlands. And it is true in subdivisions throughout Montgomery County. The guy is lying.
