John, INTC up on today on less than average volume and still off 22 from the summer high. But MSFT CSCO & DELL near new highs. Is the market poised for an upside breakout? I am getting the feeling that a lot of big money that didn't get in yet will soon be left at the starting gate unless they move in soon. I also expect we'll see the corps of analysts upgrading soon so as not to look foolish in the coming rally. Comments? Barry
