1) Reduce TAXES,

2) Cut back on GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS,

..... Donald Trump has done the same and had thereby got the American economy BOOMING IN ONLY 3 YEARS, PLUS ensuring LOWEST RECORDED UNEMPLOYMENT IN THE HISTORY OF AMERICA FOR BOTH AFRICAN AMERICANS AND HISPANICS !!
