John and All I've been watching the Insider Trading site
and have not found where CR has sold his 50k shares.
On 1-9-98 he registered to sell 50k but as of 1-16-98 I
can see no sales. If he stays within the legal requirements
he could not of sold the 50k he registered in Nov. 97 in Nov
or Dec of 97. You must report by the 10 th of the month
after you sold. It's my guess that the registration in early
Jan is a reregistration of the orig. shares because the first
had expired.( 60 days on a 144)? He still may not have sold
any shares. BTW a shareholder put in 144 form on 1-16-98
for 50k. I'm not a subscriber to Insider Trading so don't have
the latest info. If any one has more resent info please post also
maybe you could check my 60 day expiration guess.
