Things are looking up for Noranda! $1.8 Billion is a lot of cash in the kitty. They must have great confidence in the prospects going forward to release such an asset. Does anyone know when the company might reveal its new restructuring. I think that it is an extraordinary time to be in on this one. Minerals have been beaten down so much that I can hardly see their prices go any lower going forward. There are probably many mining operations that could be gobbled up in these hard times at good prices also. I think overall things are looking up.
