This sure is an unusual situation (opportunity). Suggest that some SI member visit the courtroom on the day of the verdict, and call another SI member on cellphone the instant the verdict is announced, and #2 then posts the verdict right here 20 seconds after the decision is announced.... :o) I am not even sure of the magnitude of the risk to GSCN. Last I heard, GSCN claims no damages are sought if they lose. And now it sounds like they plan on collecting sanctions. Heads I win, tails I win? Anyone sorted this out to a believable story?
