It appears the Flynn case is over. Judge Sullivan has denied amicus 3rd-party arguments. He's on rock solid legal ground, too.

"Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure do not provide for intervention by third parties in criminal cases...Options exist for a private citizen to express his views about matters of public interest, but Court's docket is not an available option."

Oh wait, that was back in 2017 when Flynn was getting criminally negligent defense counsel and when the DOJ was hiding crucial evidence from him.

Judge Sullivan has proven his prejudice time and time again in this trial . He needs to be removed from the case and impeached.
