Hello! Bill,

I thought that the "SPER BOWL " was this Sunday?
( Yes! Just kidding!--Awesome Game!!!).

Back on posting #1698, I indicated that Jack would probably be available for shareholder communication on Wednesday January 28th., 1998! I do plan on having a discussion with Jack tomorrow!

If others are also planning to talk to Jack tomorrow, please let me know which questions you are going to be asking him, just so I don't repeat the same question to him! Thanks!

It appears that we could very well be coming to a new level of interest in the CVIA/WOTD scenario! It's my guess that as Jack's efforts start focussing more on the Investor Relations aspects! ( If in fact that turns out to be the case!)----Then I would imagine that we could do away with the need to have a CVIA spokesperson!

You may all recall that the intial reason for creating such a communication vehicle, was to free up Jack Arnold's time to focus entirely on the merger negotiations!

I am hoping that over the next short period of time, we will find out that Jack will begin to focus his efforts and direction in the Investor Relations area for CVIA/WOTD!!!

At that time I think it would be fair and reasonable to expect that Jack will have adequate time at his dispossal to address any/all Shareholder enquiries! DOES EVERYONE AGREE?

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
