. I think it is DESPICABLE for people to try to discredit the treatment because Trump promoted it.

Or is it DESPICABLE to promote a "miracle cure" whose failures have to be explained away (it was used too soon or too late or without the right magic ingredient) in the midst of an epidemic just because Trump promotes it?

Is it DESPICABLE to promote church re-openings in a time of epidemic?
