These posts have become rumor mills.

The rumor about an SSL layoff is a joke.

The rumor that the Skynet 4D launch would require a revealuation of the G* launch is of equal jocularity.

The latest rumor that G* launch may be rescheduled pending the launch of Iridium at the end of January is waste. The claim by that poster that "he knows something about the G* launch" is absolute twaddle -- the Iridium launch is at Vandenberg on a different Delta rocket, and could not have anything to do with G* at the Cape.

As for Skynet: the Skynet 4D was a British military GEO launch, not a LE0, and could not possibly have anything to do with G*.

Claims by another poster on another board about "pricing", the free market, and G* not having an adequate grasp of how to fashion its call structure is also nonsense. Poster states "market prices calls"-- like he is the only one who knows this. Pitiful. Poster's claims about "dishonest" estimates are also pitiful. The language selection shows a lack of ability to discriminate meanings of words.

After April shareholder meetings Loral shareholders will have a better idea of how G* is doing-- but the rumors are really exemplative of ignorance or malice or both.
