Gary,

You don't really think a lawsuit hurts KE or anyone else at Iomega, do you? It seems to me it would only really hurt the existing shareholders who have been hanging in while hoping for a reversal in sentiment. This lawsuit keeps new investors away like a plague, and causes the stock to continue to fall beyond where it might have started basing. Gary, I don't think you own any stock now, or you might care about what value there is left in it. If you think you're going to get reimbursed for your losses you are probably not as experienced as you have come off to be here on the thread. Let me show you some progressive deterioration in charts of companies that are having similar problems in missing estimates or wayward CEO comments, followed by shareholder lawsuits. Then go visit the threads to see if they are getting a big payback equal to the further damage they have brought the stock by their lawsuits.

I was going to stay long but with you around blabbing a lawsuit I'm gettin' out tomorrow. I'll come back when/if things change around here.

I also suggest that the thread try to get rid of the bald Martians and others who have turned this thread into their own private chat corner.
