Saloman Smith Barney downgraded IRF to underperform from neutral today. The news came out at about 1pm and the stock didn't even budge. I view this as very positive technical action. Remember, buy on hold and hold on buy. Analysts are almost always late.

I think this might also explain why the stock was weak yesterday. Somebody large was sitting on the ask all day and it could have been Soloman trying to get out. The stock looked much better today and I would be willing to bet that whoever was sitting on the ask yesterday is done selling.
