John, you have made the same statements about pr/ir over and over again. I understand your position. However, I really don't think that TPRO should be concerned about the week to week, or even month to month pattern of their share prices. We can agree to disagree. I am much more concerned that TPRO is making the necessary steps to have real revenue growth. Share price will then follow. IMHO, turning TPRO into a momemtum stock should not be the concern of management. What they should be concerned about is signing deals and strategic alliances. AON, WDWR, Square-D, hiring Ken Olin seem to me to be the right kinds of moves for a growing company.

Spending money on TV adds, seems to be a real waste of resources for a company that clearly does not have the best financial statements. It is quite obvious that the embedded system problem is beginning to get much more attention in the general media without TPRO having to shout about it. Also, there have been many posts containing articles in specialty journals about this problem. IOM just spend a large amount of money on Super Bowl adds. The stock went down today. How much better do recently burned shareholders feel because of the neat adds on the TV. I would bet that they would have been much happier with good results.

If you really think that TPROs future will be detemined by press releases, rather than the fundamental story and signed contracts, I am sure that there are better stocks for you. Also, I don't know that TPRO is allowed to publicize their contracts. If they are prevented from doing this, the only way we can see their results is through hard numbers.

Scott, while pissing off many on the thread, will not be the crucial factor in the success of failure of TPRO. It will be contracts, contracts, contracts, contracts... and cd sales, cd sales, cd sales. IF they are not getting them, we will clearly see that in the earnings for the third quarter. I am not sure how represeantive the earning for the second quarter will be.

Best wishes,
Dan

PS- I can't imaginge that a major WS firm would acquire over 5% with the goal of less than a point gain. Now they may have been able to acquire in the low 5s, but your point about selling in the low 6s makes these Wall Street experts seem real dumb. They very well might be, but I am willing to believe that they have greater resources in determining how TPRO is doing than individual inverstors. Not that they have inside information, but that their research and industry contacts give them a much better feel for how the story is developing.
